Bee Infinite LLC was founded by Alishia Jordon-Sumpter — a Philadelphia-area native with over 10 years in the home care industry and a lifelong commitment to the families she serves. This isn't just a business. It's a calling.
I began my career as a residential aide for Gertrude Barber, caring for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. I was captivated by the diversity of working with consumers who were not exactly like me, yet they possessed so much personality and kindness. Despite the stigma they faced, they defied the odds and made remarkable progress.
My journey led me to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and later a Hospice Certified Nursing Assistant (HCNA) at Wissachickon Hospice. Throughout my career, I have always been driven by a desire to do more, not just for the individuals I care for, but also for the caregivers and healthcare workers who dedicate their lives to their well-being. I wanted to express my gratitude for their unwavering commitment and sacrifices, which would enhance their job satisfaction and empower them to showcase their best selves in their roles.
Growing up in the heart of North Philadelphia, I worked five times harder than the average person and woman. My diverse experiences in various healthcare fields have broadened my perspective and instilled in me a deep sense of gratitude. I am passionate about giving back to both the individuals I care for and the front-line caregivers who dedicate their lives to making a positive impact on others. We look forward to serving you.
