🏛️ ODP Waivers
What is an ODP waiver and how is it different from Medicare?
Great question, and one worth getting right. ODP stands for Office of Developmental Programs — Pennsylvania Medicaid waiver programs built specifically for individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism, and developmental disabilities. They're completely separate from Medicare and Community HealthChoices, which means no financial scrutiny through agencies like Maximus. Eligibility is based on diagnosis and functional need — not income. For many families, that's a relief they didn't expect.
What are the three ODP waivers Bee Infinite accepts?
Bee Infinite is a qualified provider for: Consolidated Waiver — the most comprehensive, no individual cost cap, for those with the most intensive needs. Community Living Waiver — community-focused support, up to $97,000/year. Person/Family Directed Support (P/FDS) Waiver — family-directed care where you control the budget and decisions. All three serve individuals with intellectual disabilities or autism of any age.
Is there a waiting list for ODP waivers?
Yes — all three ODP waivers have waiting lists. This is why we strongly encourage families to register early with their local County MH/ID Office, even if they don't need services immediately. Priority is given to individuals with the most urgent needs. Contact us and we can help guide you through the registration process.
Do I have to go through Maximus to get care through Bee Infinite?
No. Maximus handles assessments for Community HealthChoices, which is a different program. Bee Infinite's services are funded through ODP waivers, which are administered through the county MH/ID office and your Supports Coordinator — not Maximus. The process is different and does not involve the same financial review.
Eligibility
Who qualifies for ODP waiver services?
ODP waivers serve: individuals of any age with an intellectual disability or autism; children under age 9 with a developmental disability likely to result in intellectual disability or autism; children under 22 with a developmental disability caused by a medically complex condition. There is no age restriction for adults with intellectual disabilities or autism.
My child has autism — do they qualify?
Yes — individuals with an autism spectrum disorder diagnosis of any age are eligible for all three ODP waiver programs. The first step is to contact your local County Mental Health/Intellectual Disabilities (MH/ID) Office to register for ODP services and begin the eligibility process. We can help guide you through this — just give us a call.
Is there an age limit for ODP waiver services?
No — individuals of any age with an intellectual disability or autism are eligible. These are lifelong services. Whether your loved one is a child, young adult, or senior, ODP waivers can provide support throughout their life.
How do I start the eligibility process?
Contact your local County Mental Health and Intellectual Disabilities (MH/ID) Office to make an appointment and register for ODP services. They will review records and determine eligibility. Once eligible, you'll be assigned a Supports Coordinator who guides you through waiver enrollment. You can also call Bee Infinite at 610-299-3441 and we'll help point you in the right direction.
🔄 Switching to Bee Infinite
Can I switch from my current home care agency to Bee Infinite?
Absolutely — and we'd be honored to welcome you. Federal law guarantees your right to choose your own home care provider, and that choice is 100% yours. If something about your current care doesn't feel right — slow communication, mismatched caregivers, a provider that treats your family like a case number instead of people — you don't have to settle. You simply contact your Supports Coordinator and request a transfer to Bee Infinite LLC. We'll handle the rest, and we'll make sure you feel supported every step of the way.
How do I actually switch? What are the steps?
It's simpler than most families expect: 1. Call Bee Infinite first — we'll confirm we serve your area and walk you through everything with zero pressure. 2. You (or your authorized representative, such as Power of Attorney) contact your Supports Coordinator. 3. Request a referral to Bee Infinite LLC — just say our name. 4. Your Supports Coordinator submits the referral — this is something they handle every day, so there's nothing unusual about your request. 5. We take it from there, introduce your new care team, and make the transition feel like a relief, not a hassle.
Will there be a gap in care when switching?
This is the #1 worry we hear — and it's a fair one. The good news: your Supports Coordinator coordinates the timing between your old provider and Bee Infinite so care continues without a disruption to your loved one's routine. We treat that handoff as seriously as you do. Call us early in the process and we'll map out a transition plan together, so you know exactly what to expect and when.
Can the agency switch me without my permission?
Never. Only you — the participant receiving services, or your authorized legal representative — can authorize a provider change. No agency, including Bee Infinite, can do this on your behalf or pressure you into it. If anyone tells you otherwise, that's a red flag. This decision is, and will always be, entirely yours.
🏠 Our Services
What services does Bee Infinite provide?
We focus on doing two things exceptionally well: Home & Community Support (510) — daily support that helps individuals live independently and thrive in their community — and Companion Services (363) — meaningful connection and consistent, caring presence. Both are fully covered through ODP waiver funding for qualifying families. Visit our Services page for the full picture.
Do you provide care for children?
Yes! Pennsylvania's ODP waivers serve individuals of all ages, including children with intellectual disabilities, autism, and developmental disabilities. Our Home & Community Support and Companion Services are available to eligible children and designed with the whole family in mind — not just the child.

We're proud to serve four Pennsylvania counties: Delaware County (our home base), Montgomery, Bucks, and Chester. Not sure if we cover your specific area? Call us at 610-299-3441 — we'll confirm right away and we're always happy to chat.
Do you offer 24/7 care?
We offer flexible scheduling including full-time, part-time, and live-in arrangements depending on the individual's needs and waiver coverage. Contact us to discuss your specific schedule requirements and we'll build a plan that works.
🚀 Getting Started
How do I get started with Bee Infinite?
It starts with one simple conversation. Call us at 610-299-3441 or fill out our contact form, and we'll learn about your situation, confirm eligibility and coverage, and walk you through every next step — no pressure, no obligation, just real answers from people who genuinely want to help.
How quickly can care begin?
If your loved one is already enrolled in an ODP waiver and switching from another provider, the transition can happen relatively quickly once your Supports Coordinator processes the referral. For new waiver applicants, timeline depends on the enrollment process and waiting list status. We'll give you an honest timeline from the start.
What happens during the initial consultation?
We'll talk with you about your loved one's needs, their current waiver status, your goals for care, and which services make the most sense. It's a relaxed conversation — not a sales pitch. We want to make sure we're the right fit before either of us commits to anything.

💰 Billing & Coverage
How much does care cost through Bee Infinite?
For families with an ODP waiver (Consolidated, Community Living, or P/FDS), qualified services are covered at no out-of-pocket cost. Bee Infinite also accepts private pay for families who prefer not to use waiver funding or do not yet qualify. Contact us to discuss your specific situation.
Do you accept Medicare or regular Medicaid?
Bee Infinite specializes in ODP waiver programs, which are separate from standard Medicare and Community HealthChoices Medicaid. We do not currently bill through standard Medicare. If you're unsure which program applies to your situation, call us and we'll help you figure it out.
What is private pay and do you offer it?
Private pay means families pay directly for services out of pocket, without using a waiver or insurance. Bee Infinite does accept private pay clients. This can be a good option for families waiting for waiver enrollment or those who need services not covered under a waiver. Contact us for current private pay rates.
